Greetings my fret-loving friends! Wayne Sorbelli here on the island of Key West.

My music store is open. I'm teaching private in-person lessons, and online via Skype, FaceTime and Zoom — but using my other time to record some songs and make some lessons and lifestyle videos. If you enjoy the content, please subscribe and share. Many thanks in advance!

I took a walk to a secluded beach while writing a song I've been calling "The Lemon Family Tree" — then played it while sitting in the Atlantic Ocean in front of the Casa Marina Key West Resort.

It's about making the best with what you've got — the classic lemons into lemonade — or my metaphor of bagging cow pellets and selling them as fertilizer.

Lyrics (rough draft):

We all know the story of Family Lemon
Made their fortune with drinks, stands and sellin'
They didn't sit around cryin' 'bout what Santa didn't bring

If life hands you a pile of cow pellets
Bag it up man, bag it up and sell it
Somewhere right now, someone's got a garden to grow

(repeat)
